Clarence Bartlett founded Shay Ventures with more than 20 years of experience working with high-net worth clients in private banking.
Clarence’s reputation for unparalleled service, relentless advocacy on behalf of his clients and extensive knowledge of the highly-nuanced world of luxury assets quickly solidified Shay Ventures standing as a leading boutique consultancy expertly positioned to meet the needs of a highly exclusive clientele.
Originally from the Bahamas, Clarence has resided in Southern Florida for more than 20 years. However, real estate developments in the US and abroad as well as an exclusive roster of international clients keep him in the air and on the move.

Jamie Moliengo
ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR
Jamie Moliengo has more than 25 years professional experience in various industries with regards to finance, customer service, marketing, and business development. Prior to joining Shay Ventures, she worked as a Project Manager for one of South Florida’s leading banks.
Jamie is involved with numerous charities in her hometown of Waterbury, Connecticut, Canton, Ohio and the greater South Florida areas. She has served as an Executive Director for several nonprofits focused on children, education and the homeless and participates regularly in fund-raising activities for those causes.

Faith Hall
STRATEGIST AND BAHAMAS GOVERNMENT RELATIONS
Faith Hall is a Bahamian writer, author, poet, consultant, and strategist. Ms. Hall is a 2001 Law Graduate with Honors from the University of Buckingham, Buckinghamshire England, with undergraduate studies in Psychology and Sociology, and personal studies in Theology. She served the twice elected Prime Minister; The Honorable Perry Christie, for 20 years and also served as a Vice-Chair of the Progressive Liberal Party, where she retired in 2017 as the principal speechwriter.
In 2012 Faith decided to explore the more creative aspects of writing. She has been Editor in Chief for the Bahamasair inflight magazine, “Up and Away”. She is also a biographer, and sought after autobiographical ghost writer.
